The five-floor building “Za Papírnou” combines comfort, functionality and affordability with eco-friendly design.
The building stands out due to the consequent integration of ecological and climate aspects into the building design and energy concept contributing to a greener Prague.
Overall architectural design
The C-shaped building is opening to the east with a balcony façade gathering natural light.
The energy-efficient cement and glass structure is designed in a clear and functional approach. Each of the four floors above ground floor gives room for 5 apartments with individual balconies each. In total the building hosts four 70m², eight 30m² and eight 20m² apartments.
Besides living space, the building offers 81m² commercial facilities in two units and more than 300m² social facilities to the neighborhood.
